| A servant of Jesus Christ, proclaiming the Good News of our Savior. Dr. Luper is married, for over 30 years, a father of 8 and is involved in many activities including Bible Studies Leader, Trainer, Speaker, Writer, USAF CAP Pilot, Foster Parent, ham radio operator, and is currently employed as a Vocational Instructor & Correction Officer at a 2100 inmate prison. Dr. Luper is a Seminary graduate with undergraduate and graduate degrees in Information Technology, Criminal Justice, holds a Doctorate in Religious Education, and soon a Masters in Divinity. It is his desire to see all come to know the Lord Jesus Christ and grow in their faith. |
